Minimum 8 participants

• 90 minutes: £240 (up to 20 people)

• 2 hours: £320 (up to 20 people)

• 3-4 hours: £480 (up to 20 people)

Materials included for each sip and create:

• Sip & Paint: Canvases, paints, brushes, water containers, paper towels

• Jewellery Making: Basic beads, wire, findings, tools

• Photography: Props, composition guidance (clients bring their mobile phones or DSLR cameras

• Poetry: Quality notebooks, pens, prompt cards

• Aromatherapy: Essential oils for blending, small containers

• Life Drawing: Drawing paper, charcoal, erasers, boards

Guided or freestyle canvas painting. Grab a brush, pick your colours and follow along with simple demos—or paint whatever moves you. All materials supplied: easels, acrylics, brushes, aprons, and light snacks.

2-hour mindful art session. Cut, tear, and layer textures, colours, and images to create your own expressive collage. Guided prompts spark ideas, but the process is free-flow and playful. All materials provided.

A relaxed, sensory art session with music and conversation. Perfect for anyone who wants to explore creativity without pressure, every collage is unique.

Sip & Snap (Photography) 📸🌅👁️
2-hour mobile or DSLR camera photography masterclass. Learn simple tips for lighting, composition, and portraiture; props are all provided.

Learn how to take better selfies and portraits with your phone. Includes mini tips, props, backdrops, and lighting.

Sip & Write (Poetry) ✍🏾📖🎶

2-hour creative writing session. Warm up with playful prompts, free-write to soulful beats, then share (if you wish!) in a supportive circle. Journals, pens, and poetry prompts were provided.

A relaxed creative writing session with prompts and optional sharing. Ideal for shy writers or spoken-word lovers.

​​🧵📿Sip & Bead (Jewellery Making)
2½-hour jewellery-making workshop. Design and string your own bracelet or necklace

Make your own beaded jewellery using colourful kits and pro tools.​

Sip & Blend (Aromatherapy) 🌿🕯️🧘
2-hour essential oil blending. Discover the basics of aromatherapy, sample different scents, and then craft your mood-boosting roll-on, body oil and bath salts to take home. Oils, carrier bottles, and scent cards supplied.

Adults Only (18+):
Learn how to create and take home a personalised aromatherapy blend. Perfect for self-care lovers.

✏️ Sip & Life Model (Figure Drawing—Non-Alcoholic) ☕

Session Length: 90 minutes to 4 hours
Group Size: Minimum 8 participants, Maximum 15 participants 
Level: Beginners welcome, no art experience needed

About the Session:

Take a mindful break from the world and tune into observation, form, and self-expression. In this respectful, relaxed space, you'll sketch from a live life model with no pressure to be perfect. This is a phone-off, alcohol-free space with calming music, herbal tea, and a creative, inclusive vibe.
