1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items upon delivery.
Each print is inspected before shipping to ensure quality.

Prints showing signs of handling, creasing, or exposure to moisture cannot be accepted.
3. Timeframe

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if your print arrives damaged or incorrect.
Return requests after this period cannot be processed.
4. Process

Email msmichimasumi@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and packaging.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
5. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Exchanges for the same artwork or another piece of equal value are available if stock permits.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Digital downloads and custom orders are non-refundable.
Limited editions cannot be returned unless damaged during shipping.
