Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items upon delivery.
Each print is inspected before shipping to ensure quality.
2. Condition RequirementsThe item must be in its original condition, unused, and returned in the protective sleeve and packaging provided.
Prints showing signs of handling, creasing, or exposure to moisture cannot be accepted.
3. TimeframeYou must notify us within 7 days of delivery if your print arrives damaged or incorrect.
Return requests after this period cannot be processed.
4. ProcessEmail msmichimasumi@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and packaging.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
5. Refunds & ExchangesRefunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Exchanges for the same artwork or another piece of equal value are available if stock permits.
