Because our posters are digital files that arrive in your inbox the moment you click "buy," we aren't able to offer traditional returns or refunds. Once a digital story or character is sent to your home, it is yours to keep forever!

But don't worry—we are here to help! 🤝

We want every member of the 6B CREW to be happy. If you have any trouble with your download, we will do our best to fix it:

🛠 Technical Hiccups: If the file won't open or look right on your screen, just send me a message. We’ll send you a fresh one!

📧 Missing Emails: If your poster doesn't arrive in your inbox, check your "Junk" folder first. If it's still not there, let us know, and we'll fly it over to you.
